Diet
During the Sentada we eat a simple diet that supports the work as we go through a progressive meditative process of cleansing practices and spiritual offerings in connection with the ancestral beings and guardians of our respective family lineages, as well as those of the territory.
The diet is (by intention) light as minimal food enhances and deepens the practices.
