Daily Schedule

The practices of the Sentada are designed to create a space of deep calm and to open up the remembrance of our innate connection to Nature and Mother Earth. It is a sacred time of reflection and connection with the land, our ancestors, and the Guardian Spirits of the territory.

In this way, we come into inner alignment and harmony, which prepares us for meaningful action and service in our lives, families and community.

Sentada Practices

The practices of the Sentada support the organization and purification of mental chatter into "thoughts of gold."

The meditations create generational healing of unresolved traumas, karmas and illnesses. The spiritual payments are to the ancestors and Guardians of the territory to clear energetic debts. We will also learn how to continue these practices along the path of spiritual growth in service to Mother Earth.
